- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had a package that I could not locate. I spoke with two people - both very nice - the second one Dan Couture - took a look, saw the package was scanned - we could not figure it out. Knowing we have had a few issues this year, he then drove the neighborhood, checking to see if maybe it ended up at another house. He called me to tell me the result and then came by to show me the scan location on his laptop, the item was scanned right outside my garage. On a hunch, we opened the garage doors and looked around - the package was just inside the garage, tucked up against a motorcycle, hiding in plain site - I had looked previously and missed it. I have to say, this was by far, the best customer service I have gotten!By Kate Saab, December 21, 2016
